Mmm… This is something I have never experienced (one table emptied).
Plus, this is too many local variables I can’t test.

I though I’d offer to help you by trying to setup your Tiki on my local (MAMP) but I don’t see how it will help with your XAMP issues. 🤷🏻‍♂️
