Hi Victor, All

May be we could use the Tiki plugin tour on first landing on the page ?
https://doc.tiki.org/PluginTour

Beside dogfooding ;-), I imagine it will be nice to display a welcome message on first time visit admin, and point to the essentials:
- Usefulness of Search preferences
- Setting search preferences filter
- Start with General Settings
- Enabling Features
- Manage users

Last words about;
- Look & Feel
- Registration & Log in
- Multilingual => i18n (not everyone understand this)
Welcome to the family enjoy your Tiki, help is available at Tiki forum and Tiki doc

May be;
- Profiles
- Wizards
- Server check

Seems to me a good opportunity to use our tools and improve the new admin UX.

Bernard

I personally have searched for a setting for a few times while using Tiki and I am not even new to Tiki. Can you think of any good ideas to make this more user friendly? Improving the message on this page won't solve the issue as we have many such places in Tiki admin where settings are hidden and someone might be looking for them.
