I was wondering what the .m files were, is that what MoinMoin is written in? so it compiles to an executable image? Cool...

Maybe a good start would be to get it to work as an additional package in Tiki? Not sure how you would add a new one but someone will. The main doc page is here https://doc.tiki.org/Packages

At FOSDEM we saw a good talk about migrating to another platform (XWiki) and it's something we should encourage in Tiki and improve, so this might be a good start!
