problem with XML-RPC support

Hello,

I'm testing XML-RPC feature in Tiki (19) and have problem by using
Emacs' weblogger.el package and I submitted ticket to be sure that's not
anythign wrong at the Emacs' side
(https://github.com/hexmode/weblogger-el/issues/2)

However, the same package does work with e.g. latest WordPress, so
wonder if anyone is using XML-RPC for posting blog posts and/or articles
to the Tiki instances?
