So on this topic:

1- We made some quick changes and some things have improved. Here is a page to explain some of the tools we use: https://dev.tiki.org/Tiki23-dogfood-performance
It's interesting how various services have wildly different scores.

2- I predict performance will drop again at one point because of a transient issue. Ex.: Too much traffic or server issues. Horia is setting up a server with Zabbix and NetData, which we'll use along with GlitchTip to pinpoint the issues.
