[Tiki-users] How to open link in a new window?

Hi!

The "Wiki-Syntax Links" page on doc.tiki.org says that the following link
opens in a new window:

   [http://tiki.org|hello tiki.org|target] 

This works on my system. But the following doesn't work:

   [/tiki/Test|Testseite öffnen|target]

The "/tiki/Test" page gets opened, but not in a new window.

If I provide a complete link, like this, it *does* work:

   [http://localhost/tiki/Test|Testseite öffnen|target]

Also, the "Wiki-Syntax Links" says: "Open in new window (if feature
activated)". I couldn't find how to enable or disable this feature in the
control panels. I've inspected the "features" and the "wiki" control panels.
Searching for "new window" also didn't find the wanted information. I also
couldn't find it on doc.tiki.org.

So I have two questions: Why doesn't it work, the second way (see above) -
can it be done this way (with no complete URL)? And, where should I have
been looking for the answer? (So I won't need to ask again next time.)
