Dear Attila,

for me the problem disappeared, when I did try to use the installer with 
Chromium instead of Firefox (as kind of a last ressort what I did not 
yet do for a proper bug report... ).

I am mostly using Firefox for my daily work and Chromium etc. only for 
checks or specific tasks.
As I recently heard, many Tiki Devs are using Chromium decendants like 
Chrome, Brave and others and thus do not have the problem that I have 
reported.

Please tell me wether your problem with the installer appears with a 
current version of Chromium, Chrome, Brave or similar aswell or only 
with Firefox. You might try with a temporary copy of your website.
