war File problem on Windows

Hi

I think I have found the problem why the "war" file on Windows does not
run anymore.

jar on Windows seems to have problems with names such as

wyona/cms/pubs/unilink/resources/publication/images/live/magazin/index.html?D=A

BTW: Winzip also doens't like these names!

Well, do we really need these files?
