Automatic generation of log4j.properties

Hi Lenya developers,

I have modified my build script so that log4j.properties is
generated automatically using an XSLT stylesheet.
The log file "log4j.log" is placed in webapps/lenya/WEB-INF/logs
(along with the other log files), depending on your build.properties.

Any objections? Otherwise I will check in the new build script.

We could use this very simple technique for all files that
contain something like "/home/michi/..." :)
