XPathDirectoryGenerator

btw, I just noticed by reading the Cocoon mailing list, that since we 
are now using "the most current" Cocoon 2.1 version, we can replace or 
trick

DirectoryGenerator
XSLT
XIncludeTransformer

by the

XPathDirectoryGenerator

which will simplify the pipelines a lot.
