The namespace identifier has to be a URI.
If we don't want to use a "classic" URL, we can
consider registering a PURL at http://www.purl.org or we have to
choose a URN.

There are very few URN namespaces defined by now
(http://www.iana.org/assignments/urn-namespaces), so
we could choose an inofficial one:

urn:org:lenya

It is not yet clear to me if public identifiers are
reserved for document type definitions or are more
general, if the latter is true we could use

urn:publicid:lenya

which is an official URN.
