Another word about URNs:
They have to be unique and therefore registered
with an official institution.

I just noticed that the URLs the W3C is using
to define namespaces point to schemas, or schema
drafts, resp., that define the corresponding
document type.

In my eyes, this is a good practise. The lenya.org
domain is registered, so why don't we use it?
