[Fwd: locking the navigation bar]

Stefano Mazzocchi mentioned a nice feature from the Phoenix help page:

Scroll a bit down and look on the right hand side for the box "lock the 
menu".
 Then click at the bottom  of the box on "Locked Menu" or "Unlocked Menu".
