Hello Thorsten, hi list,

a small step for the list, a big one for mankind! Here we go... The
next step is the bigger one: Putting it all together in a tutorial.
If you need any help, let me know.

Wyona uses for all of its own documents a special kind of
xdoc-format. xdoc is also used by cocoon and comes from the forrest
project <http://xml.apache.org/forrest>. I suggest for writing the
documentation, using the original formats proposed by forrest a the
way to go (allthough there are some minor changes to be taken on the
wyona site). You'll find the according dtd's here:
<http://xml.apache.org/forrest/dtd-docs.html>. A nice example showing
a lot of possibilities is found here:
<http://xml.apache.org/forrest/document-v11.html>

I' even dare to think of an idea to use forrest and such things like
<http://xml.apache.org/forrest/your-project.html#N10298> to publish
wyona's own documents. Especially, as I like a lot of the small nifty
gadgets, that forrest offers (ex. the tabs). Though, I'll have time
to take a look at this today, unfortunally I hadn't. However, what do
you think of it?

The eagle has landed....

<a_little_prayer>dear listmom, instead of a pair o' new shoes I would

nb: by replying to this post you are free to shorten the subject-line ;-)
