I agree very much. But I now I finally remember. It's not a bug within 
the Revision Controller
but rather a "feature" of the setup, because the demo runs with 
mod_proxy, and the Access Policies
of the unipublic Publication need to be changed for this setup. Without 
mod_proxy it would be fine.
