Aha - wait a minute - what domain does your cookie sender use? My machine 
doesn't have a domain.... It is just "holdstock"....

If there is no domain what will happen.... Hmmmmm....

I'm sitting at home with a lan behind a firewall and broadband internet 
connection - none of my machines are in DNS at all.

If someone can confirm that is my problem then I will install Wyona on my 
live server (which of course does have a domain) and try it there.
