Installation lenya

Hi there,

I am very interested in testing lenya. 
I downloaded the bin version and
put it into the webapps of tomcat
under windows. With cocoon
it bulit the directory and file structure
automatically. But lenya is not working this way?
http://localhost:8080/lenya
