I would recommend you to use the current CVS version
or one of the lates builds from http://wyona.org/lenya/
because this is a much more advanced version - and we
need as many beta-testers as possible :)

It's not a trivial question at all. There are some
pitfalls about the installation process at the moment
because we are integrating a new Cocoon version, Forrest
etc. at the moment and changing architecture details
quite rapidly.
