Installation Lenya on Windows

Hello there once again,

we have tremendous problems installing either the
binary or cvs Lenya from the nightly build site on
different windows systems.

We are using:

j2sdk-1_3_1_07-windows-i586.exe

jakarta-tomcat-4.1.21-LE-jdk14.tar.gz.

We encounter allways the same problem.
Tomcat is building the directory structure
with the binary file and shows the
following error:

Starting service Tomcat-Standalone
Apache Tomcat/4.0.6
PARSE errror at line 5 column 10
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element type "wep-app" must be declared.
Starting service Tomcat-Apache
Apache Tomcat/4.0.6

The old wyona.war is working properly and also the cocoon.war.
With the CVS Version of Lenya we encountered the same problem
and in the browser a Status 404 error.

We are curious to see the new publications and features
but even the CVS step by step plan for windows did not work.
