Xaraya 1.0.0 RC3 Released!

We are pleased to announce the third release candidate of the Xaraya 1.0.0 
package is now available. This release consolidates the work and major 
scenario merges included in the RC2 package with further bug fixes. The 
final scenerio merges are complete with this latest release.

The current RC contains some 100+ bugfixes to the previous 1.0.0 RC2 
version. Major areas of work include:

* UI Presentation
* Dynamic Data property moves
* Uploads fixes
* Security fixes and checks for recent XML-RPC exploits

Once again, a big thanks for all the hard work in reaching another milestone 
in our 1.0 target. Thanks to the members of the Xaraya Project, dedicated
