5) Empty enddate (startdate: 2009-01-01 22:30:00), (in both all_day='A' and
all_day='T') gives result: "January 01, 2009 to" (should be "January 01, 2009
to TBC"

This issue is caused because empty dates have at least in mysql and postgresql
value -900.
