correct these issues, TODO: do not allow at least 2), 3) and 4) while creating
event
1) and 2) "Date not set"
3) "March 06, 2009 to TBC" (smaller end date is just omitted)
4) all_day='A': "January 01, 2009 all day", all_day='T': "January 01, 2009
starts 10:30 PM" (smaller end time is just omitted)
5) "January 01, 2009 to TBC"
