Hmmm I dont know, where are they talling you no? Me I try to let people do
what they want as log as it doent compramise the srver, so like no adult
sites lol. 

I try to give people what they want and let them do what they want. I have
learned this makes them happier.

I dont know what I am going on about. But to be truthful, I dont know what
to tell you. If they don't have a good reasion then its most likely cuz
they dont know what your asking.
