Well, the technical staff mentioned something about may interfere with the
cobalt UI when they config/reconfig using SSH ...and also said that he
would have to ask their network engineer first. The tech staff suggest me
to go for the dedicated server package. I told him that my usage is
meagre. If my web usage is big, I would not mind getting their dedicated
server package.

But I have some doubt on their competency because they were reluctant to
allow using PN, or geeklog etc CMS when I first started hosting with
them... not that I know anymore than they do (as Im a newbie and a non
tech person). But I do know that I need to convince them to allow symlinks
for me to do multisite on Xaraya.
