A new host compagny for my site

Hi,
Yesterday i think my host compagny, phpwebhosting, has "unplug" my site
(Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server), after 24
hours they don't answer :-(
It's not really a surprise because of the stats, about 2000 visitors per
day, 500 posts every day on the forum etc.
I think i'll have to search for a new one.
Can you give me some good advices abour a host compagny?
My site has about 2000 visitors per day, no files downloading and i can't
pay 150$/month for a private server ;-)
