If you find there is a big enough group to warrant a seperate list
(xaraya.users-ph) then let me know and I will create one for you.
I would rather not have lots of empty lists though so please make sure you
have at least a few people who would use it first :-)

If you start a translation effort then I can give you commit access to the
languages repos and you could always setup http://ph.xaraya.com too. All
depends on what you want to do :-)
