No problem, we'll see.  I'm currently contacting other sites I know and
praying they will switch over.

Though with the languages, we may not need it since English is one of
our primary languages (and proposing to make it the 2nd national
language), and majority can understand and speak English.

I'm not sure, if we have to develop a en-ph.UTF-8, which I always use
myself.

Ok have to go home from work, hopefully I'll get a close number of
recruit that I did with IPB.
