Hi David,

If this is a request about setting up an 'official' site, shouldn't it 
be made officially (to pmc) rather than on this list? Just a thought.

I'm not sure what you're planning though. Is it going to be run on 
xaraya server or your own or elsewhere? What's wrong with xaraya.com, 
for instance, to have a specialised section for themers teamed by same 
volunteers and devs?
