Yeah, I guess I was just curious as to how supportive folks would be of 
it before I made an official proposal

I'm willing get hosting set up for it, if I need to.  Whatever is best 
for Xaraya.

That would be fine with me.  My main concern is to have something 
centralized specifically for themes.  Whether it be an individual site 
or part of xaraya.com, doesn't matter to me, count me in :)
