QUALIFICATIONS

well-built and well-maintained.

Job Experience
=9B	Working experience in structured Web Development
=9B	Strong Internet and online service knowledge
=9B	Proficient with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
=9B	Understanding of JSP or ASP, PHP, SQL, and XML/XSLT technologies
=9B	Flash development and mobile technology experience a plus
=9B	Experience with Content Management tools and Source Control applicati=
ons
=9B	Knowledge of development methodologies and best practices
=9B	Familiarity with Web Services, Search Engine Optimization,=20
Personalization, CRM, and Financials solutions a plus

Education
=9B	A Bachelor=92s degree required, preferably a Bachelor=92s of Science =
in a=20
technology or computer related discipline

Skills
=9B	Codes consistently and to documented standards and specifications
=9B	Works closely with team leads to construct layout and organization of=
=20
Web solutions
=9B	Able to manage his/her tasks across multiple deliverables simultaneou=
sly
=9B	Development of User Interface (UI) designs and crafting front-end=20
functionality
=9B	Building of prototypes and proof of concepts
=9B	Delivery process management including bundling code and documentation
