Responsibilities
=95	Complete Modem=92s most challenging and highest profile Flash=20
Applications, Interactive Presentations and Games, while maintaining=20
highest coding standards and practices
=95	Collaborate with team members to break new ground, research and=20
implement innovative use of Flash techniques and features
=95	Collaborate with creative and technical team members to determine the=
=20
most appropriate and robust implementation of Flash
=95	Interact with project teams to understand business and user=20
requirements to determine specifications for Flash development
=95	Develop Flash pieces that balance creative and technical excellence
=95	Exercise quality control on all aspects of Flash development
=95	Be the technical lead with Flash Developers, Designers and Animators=20
on Flash projects
=95	Author technical briefs for client approval and project development
=95	Build components and re-usable interfaces & classes
=95	Inspire, mentor and lead junior Flash developers to excellence

Required Education, Experience & Skills
=95	At least 3 years experience as a Lead Flash developer in an agency=20
environment and/or a computer science degree or equivalent certification.
=95	Expert in Flash Application development methodologies (AS2 OOP=20
implementation & design patterns, component development, etc.)
=95	Expert in integrating Flash with database driven data
=95	Experience with Flash Communication Server and Flash Remoting
=95	Proven aptitude for quick creative and technical thinking with acute=20
attention to detail within demanding deadlines
=95	Web technology knowledge (i.e. XML, HTML, DHTML, server side scriptin=
g=20
and applications, databases, etc.)
=95	Understanding of theories related to interface design and usability
=95	Familiarity with localization techniques and the issues related to=20
providing international (i.e. non-English) content within Flash
=95	Comprehensive knowledge of the Macromedia product range and competing=
=20
toolsets
=95	Excellence in communicating Flash=92s technical and creative prowess =

acting as a bridge between both worlds
