A Sr. Analyst of Technology is a leader in the structure,=20
implementation, build, and integration of front-end web technologies.=20
You'll be using your meticulous eye for detail to assure that the=20
client's site is always well-built and well-maintained.

Job Experience
=9B	3+ years of working experience in Web Development
=9B	Expertise with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML/XSLT, JSP or ASP or =
PHP
=9B	Proficient with SQL and other code technologies
=9B	Flash Communication Server and ActionScript development experience a=20
plus, an understanding is a must
=9B	Mobile technology experience a plus
=9B	Working experience with Content Management tools and Source Control=20
applications
=9B	Educated in development methodologies and best practices
=9B	Solid knowledge of technical requirements definition and technical=20
design process
=9B	Familiarity with Web Services, Search Engine Optimization,=20
Personalization, CRM, and Financials solutions a plus

Education
=9B	A Bachelor=92s degree required, preferably a Bachelor=92s of Science =
in a=20
technology or computer related discipline

Skills
=9B	Codes consistently and to documented standards and specifications
=9B	Works closely with project team to construct layout and organization=20
of Web solutions
=9B	Accurately estimates his/her tasks and manages multiple deliverables=20
simultaneously
=9B	Leads User Interface (UI) design, implementation, and build efforts
=9B	Crafting dynamic front-end functionality
=9B	Designs and builds of prototypes and proof of concepts
=9B	Management and documentation of standards and issues
=9B	Responsible for unit testing of code and peer reviews

Client
=9B	Experience in working with clients in technical design and=20
implementation process
=9B	Able to develop and manage relationships with client project team mem=
bers
=9B	Travel to client sites to perform development work
