Open Discussion: The Future of Xaraya

Before I get to the meat of this message lets state the rules:

1. No Flaming
2. No Finger Pointing
3. No games

I call all past PMC members, founders, lead developers to talk openly about 
what you want to see happen with our beloved Xaraya Project. Please keep 
things pleasant, all are welcome to their opinions, but no flaming or finger 
pointing.

Your thoughts are welcome, history of the project is welcome, but let's not 
play the blame game, it's time for the past to be that, the past and we move 
forward, no more personal agendas, no more games.

If there is interest we could carry this conversation on the forums instead 
of here, but as we all know the mailing list is currently the favored place 
to post. I am posting this in the devel list because I think these thoughts 
will help shape the overall future  of Xaraya.
