Commit monotone scripts to core?

For a long time I've been using a set of bash scripts to manage my local 
workspaces, which I believe were originally written by Jason or Johnny, 
and I have since tweaked.

Hb just mentioned in #support that he was similar DOS batch scripts for 
Windows users.

Should we add these to the core under com.xaraya.core:/tools/monotone/, 
so that everyone has access to them?  My script set covers 1x and 2x, so 
the 2x portions would need to be removed.
