The xaraya.rc file is already in both cores.

One of the problems with xaraya.com is that the content grew in an 
organic fashion, resulting in like topics spread everywhere, such as the 
monotone documentation.  Part of my site reorganization effort is to 
rectify this.

2x certainly deserves to have these scripts added, but I would rather 
hold off until there's a plan to restart 2x development.
