The official information on working with Monotone was planned to be part
of the Developer Zone on xaraya.com. The 2 official project documents
about working with Monotone are still located.

http://xaraya.com/index.php/base/developer

On this page you will find everything you need to start working with
Monotone or submitting patches. (I inserted the links for those that
need them below).

Quote:
"# Once you have Montone installed you can read Tracking Xaraya
development via Monotone [http://xaraya.com/index.php/team/493] to learn
how to access the latest development code.

# See Developing with Monotone [http://xaraya.com/index.php/team/492]to
learn how Xaraya Team members use monotone to work with and manage
Xaraya code

# You can submit patches for Xaraya core or modules with or without
using Monotone.[http://xaraya.com/index.php/articles/67]
"

All this information was also on a one stop summary page at
http://mt.xaraya.com which was the entry point to the monotone database
downloads and web browsing application. It also had links to the
xaraya.rc file, and some information about using it. Unfortunately that
page and the summary info disappeared some time in the last year or so.

Since that time the documentation related to monotone seems to have been
'organically' added as Marty mentioned. There was an additional document
added in late 2007 by Hb. I'm not sure why it was not put in the
official Developer Page or at least linked to in the official
documentation by website maintainer, as it is an excellent document and
useful for windows users [http://xaraya.com/index.php/userwiki/793].

I hope that's useful for those wanting to start with Monotone.
