Done, but not all changes were made as proposed. The differences:

Archived Bugs      xaraya_qa         renamed to "Graveyard"
Authentication                       component deleted, zarro bugs in it

All component names in Modules begin with an Uppercase char now.

Done, [email protected] is now the default QA Contact for those components of
which no module owner/maintainer is active.

Done, but excluded the product Support - Server-Ops from this. Every affected
bug got the string 20090126125500 as comment.
