The xarbb modules used the Newsgroup module, which is up to date and
working and available in the monotone modules repository.

As well as the sendnntp function there are various settings in
xaradmin/modifyconfig.php and xaradmin/modify.php which were commented
out at one stage until the integration was complete. The xarbb module
used to reference  the same  class as in the Newsgroup module (NNTP.php)
so i suspect it may just need to use that one now and the code updated
accordingly in xarbb.

That's about all i know about it. John may have more information about
plans for the module or the extent of work completed (if there is
actually any missing now it could theoretically be 'restored' if it was
in monotone. Not sure if we can go back to bitkeeper tho).
