xarbb nntp intergration

All,
I decided to take a look at the current state of xarbb's nntp 
integration.  It appears to have one function sendnntp.  That function 
calls a NNTP class in the xarbb module that doesn't appear to exist and 
use a nntp module that also doesn't seem to exist.  Does this seem like 
the right status, or has some functionality been lost over the years?
