JCA signers for core missing?

 From another thread:

"...In fact, if the DDF held the copyright and everyone who committed 
to core had signed the copyright..."

This implies there are a couple of people who have committed, but 
haven't signed the JCA?

I can probably compare the list from the repository with the list of 
JCA signers, but I think it's easier if those people drop me a message 
or the ones in the know drop me a list of their email-addresses, so I 
can get the proper information to them, so they can sign the JCA forms.
