PMC Appoints Neil Whittaker as Site Manager

The PMC has offered the position of Site Manager to Neil Whittaker 
(Bigteeth), who has accepted.

In the past, Neil has worked to keep the community apprised of what the 
project is doing via xaraya.com, and we hope he will continue his 
excellent effort in a now official capacity. He will be integral to 
making our site more appealing to the current community and future 
developers.

This appointment is one more step toward getting the project moving 
again, with specific duties taken up by dedicated, willing community 
members.
