Xaraya Core Team Leads

The Xaraya Core is the centerpiece of development effort for the Xaraya 
project.  For the project to begin moving forward, organized effort is 
needed.  Currently we have two cores, each needing their own team, and 
team lead.

Each Core Team Lead will be responsible for forming a development team, 
creating a core roadmap, implementing development processes, writing 
documentation, and maintaining the codebase for their core. They may 
delegate tasks when needed.

At the appropriate time, the Core Team Leads will work together to 
ensure users have a migration path from 1x to 2x.

The PMC is very proud to announce that Marc Lütolf (aka "random") will 
be the Core Team Lead for 2x.  The PMC thanks Marc for taking on this 
critical position and would like to express its support for his 
leadership and direction.

Currently, there is no clear candidate for 1x Team Lead, so the PMC is 
seeking qualified volunteers for this position. Interested community 
members should contact the PMC as soon as possible. If there is no 
response in 7 days, the PMC will collectively act as 1x Core Team Lead 
until an individual can be found.
