Make a proposal which can be considered and/or challenged.  The coming 
roadmap has been mentioned several times, with solicitation for items.

Question, silence, "Ta-da, I did X", "Do Y or I won't help" is not a 
positive team dynamic.  Are we actually a team with members who 
collaborate, engage, and participate, or just a crowd of spectators 
waiting for an excuse to get on a soapbox?  Plus, I don't see much 
thanks for anything getting done around here.
