Dataproperties under review

In reviewing the dataproperties available in the Jamaica core we're 
trying to weed out the unused or duplicates. The following properties 
are slated to be removed:

- checkboxmask --> use checkboxlist instead
- textupload   --> use fileupload instead. If the textarea in the input 
form is really needed this property could be recast as an extension of 
fileupload.
