This was the missing piece.  Now that I've got newspost installed, the 
messages are going to the list.

The Bugzilla hook would also be nice to have working, but isn't 
critical.  I see in mt_site-config.lua that the bugzilla settings point 
to an hsdev.com server.  What needs to be done to get this part going?

Posts to cia.navi.cx worked previously, so I've reenebled this now that 
mt-notices posting works.
