Monotone author certificate ownership

We'd like to sort out a bit of "who did what" in the code repositories. 
  Anyone who has Xaraya monotone databases can help by running the 
following command:

mtn -d core.db db execute 'select distinct value from revision_certs 
where name = "author"'

in *all* your Xaraya databases.

If any lines in the output belong to you, or you know who they belong 
to, please let the PMC know.
