The file in the repository:

 core.jamaica/tools/monotone/xar2git/mtn-authors

will give you most of the authors. This file was filled from an
automated tool i had at one time where the copyright assignments were
mapped in the repository.

$ cat tools/monotone/xar2git/mtn-authors | wc -l
    =20
172

$ mtn -d xar2git.db db execute 'select distinct value from
revision_certs where name =3D "author"' | wc -l
    =20
201

That leaves 29 authors to be added/checked.
