It bloody well isnt! ;-) That's two people now who can *read* but simply
don't find the instructions needed in what they are reading carefully.

It's far from 'obvious' that from several directories provided in the
zip/tarball only one, named 'html', which doesn't actually contain any
HTML, is the one you need to install.

After asking on the forum first - which is what I did...!

I added a comment to #1079 ... where amongst noting other things (like
the non-explanatory nature of the name of the 'html' directory) I
volunteer to write up a better version of INSTALL.txt, provided someone
else will actually install that in the downloadable .906 tarball/zip.
(I.e., NOT just in BK - but in what people download *now*.)

Two people complained - how many are scared away? Xaraya doesn't need to
be really *easy* at this point (it isn't) but it doesn't help to raise
an initial hurdle like that. Unless you want to beta-test an
installation instruction that you by now know doesn't exactly work as
given ;-)

[Sorry if I sound a bit harsh - I just went through installing and
immediately uninstalling a 'little utility' that messed up my Win2K and
would not even uninstall until after a reboot - after which my firewall
didn't initialize properly. 2 hours wasted, for nothing. I'm not too
happy right now.]
