I have to disagree at this point, too. It doesn´t say it anywhere
explicitely. You could compare this with the situation of a language teacher
who skips a few explanations or a grammar rule, because it´s obvious,
natural or logical is some way - but if you have to experience with it at
all, you just can´t see it.
