Good point - but neither word completely expresses for me (of course the
fact that English is not my native language doesn't help in coming up
with a better term :().

I think it's not so much a shift in thinking process but more a (new, or
different) _approach_ to how concepts are put together and work together
in the Xaraya system.

I do know that my original expectations were formed by Spectra - the
first CMS I ever saw. I guess one can't avoid having expectations based
on first view or experiences, whether negatively or positively. In the
case of Spectra that was positively, and somewhat unconsciously this
influenced the way I looked at OS CMSs when selecting one. Certainly
Xaraya came closer than any other I've seen.

Unless one has never, ever come across a CMS, one will have
expectations, and these will be different for everyone. Depending on
those expectations (or lack of them), Xaraya *might* actually form
another paradigm, or it may fit fit in with your paradigm and need only
a slight adaptation, or somewhere in between.

Rambling a bit - but maybe it'll help someone to come up with a better
term or description.
